Maersk is looking for a Marketing Executive to join our dynamic Regional Marketing team in Singapore. This position provides a great opportunity to inform & steer our business through effective collaboration with cross-functional teams. The Marketing Executive will be the ambassador and guardian of Maersk’s brand positioning in the Region, drive growth with target customers through deep understanding of needs and competitive landscape.

Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Be accountable for ongoing marketing efforts with industry verticals. Along with sales and product teams, work to achieve growth objectives with key customers through effective campaign and communications.

• Develop a profound understanding of customer motivations, needs and behaviors within selected verticals. Translate these insights into actionable strategic marketing opportunities to improve as well as create new and relevant channels.

• Select right activation channels based on customer buying journey. Craft persuasive and strategic messaging based on customer needs and right value proposition to increase profitability, growth and customer satisfaction.

• Successfully use digital tools i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud CRM system, LinkedIn Navigator to reach customers and deliver campaigns at relevant moments in the customer journey – including effective content and account-based marketing (ABM).

• Close collaboration with stakeholders to drive growth in selected customer segments. Inform & steer business through deep understanding of customer needs.

• Establish clear campaign objectives and targets, track and analyse performance, driving continuous optimization of campaigns.

• Work in close cooperation with sales and product teams to prepare growth plans based on market analysis for greater impact in Asia Pacific regional markets.

• Organize and attend seminars, trade shows, industry exhibitions and other events promoting organization and products.

• Plans, schedules and executes marketing activities, i.e. seminars, promotions, advertising campaigns.

 

Technical Skills and Competencies:

• Basic knowledge of marketing, building effective B2B campaigns, including PPC, social, events, content marketing.

• Excellent communication and analytical skills.

• Tech and data savvy: knowledge of automation tools and digital channels.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Ability to engage & influence stakeholders.

• Ability to manage multiple projects.

• Entrepreneurial spirit – externally oriented and inquisitive, proactive, resourceful.


Qualification:

Possess a Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related fields
