The Job
As a Game Designer (Internship) you need to :
- Assist in providing creative content in strengthening retention rates/ARPU/DAU/MAU
- Ensure accuracy and delivery of data, support in data manipulation and inspection for our games
- Develop quality system designs and scripts as well as balance game feature within the set timeline
- Analysis of monetization techniques and discerns to apply to the game
- Develop comprehensive game design documents and specifications
- Analyze user feedback and social metrics to adjust game play and design
- Work with engineers, artists and data teams to iterate and tune designs
The Profile
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel Knowledge (Pivot Tables/V-Lookup etc.)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with strong focus on goals and metrics
- Possess efficient documentation skills and follow up
