- Facilitating human resources processes
- Manage the recruitment life-cycle from initial candidate assessment to conducting interviews
- Identify and source for appropriate talent for current open roles for the clients
- Partnering closely with hiring managers to optimize the recruitment flow
- Answering employee requests and questions
- Assisting with new employee hiring processes by constantly engaging with candidates
- Helping to advertise roles across a wide range of platforms
- Assisting with the performance review and termination processes
- Support with a range of recruitment duties any other administrative duties
