Provide adminstrative support to operations department
Support team for incoming and outgoing communication such as transfering calls, recording and relaying message
Assist team in proper documentation such as printing, organizing, scanning, copying and filing of documents
Perform basic data entries into spread sheets or in house system
Assist in any other ad hoc adminstrative matter
Good spoken and written English
Mature and able to work independtly without much supervision
MS office - Must be good in MS Excel
An organized person with attention to detail
