Job Description
  • Day-to-day operations (including but not limited to packing of parcels)
  • Dispatch of international orders
  • Liaising with courier partners
  • Stocktaking/arrangement of racks
  • Attend to all customers' emails, messages on all social media platforms, and all customer service-related matters
  • Require critical thinking & problem-solving skills
  • Able to commit to work on rotating weekend shifts

Job Requirements:

  • Proficient in English
  • Experience in e-commerce operations/similar is preferred
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Singaporean or PR based in Singapore only

You will be rotated between the Operations and Customer Service departments every quarter / as needed, with Customer Service as the main focus of the attachment. This is an all-rounder role where you will be trained in both day-to-day operations and customer service.
