Job Description

The role

You would be supporting the Chief Commercial Officer and our Commercial Team in one of the sub-pillars of Strategy & Planning, Buying & Merchandising as well as Assortment Operations.

The Commercial Organisation is the department that launches revenue initiatives to help achieve our company goals and KPIs through the development of our category assortment, pricing & promotion, inventory management and leading demand generation plans with cross functional teams.

You will have a front seat experience learning how we bring our assortment ideas to market and experience how the team uses various consumer data and insight to make impactful business decisions for our Love, Bonito Community.

You should have / be:

Main responsibilities

Strategy & Planning

  • Support in compiling market research of competition (in assortment, pricing, styles) across various brands and categories
  • Help in bringing our assortment strategy to life through working closely cross functionally and ensure execution against objectives
  • Lead after action reviews and provide scalable and sustainable solutions for business improvement

Buying & Merchandising

  • Provide assistance in pre and post-buying preparations
  • Support Singapore and International markets in in-season merchandising to ensure products are performing at their maximum potential
  • Help put together necessary data for weekly performance review and any ad hoc analysis

Assortment Operations

  • Support in scoping the end to end process and timeline of each collection by setting key milestones and deadlines with the main stakeholders
  • Help in consolidating feedback, blockers and follow up with key stakeholders to ensure all teams come to consensus on one agreed timeline
  • Ensure each collection is launched successfully according to the range plan and the planned timeline through working closely cross functionally

Requirements

  • Minimum commitment of 6 months full time
  • Basic knowledge of Google Suite, Microsoft Office
  • Students of all faculties are welcome to apply. Degrees of Business Administration, Economics is a plus
  • Final or Penultimate year graduating students is a plus
