Job Responsibilities:
· Responsible for the delivery of HR support activities not limited to Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Employee Engagement, Learning & Capability Development etc complying to ISO 27001: 2013 requirements.
· Manage the Employee Life Cycle activities not limited to work pass applications and renewals, NSmen Makeup Claim, Government Paid Maternity/Paternity Claim & Childcare Leave Claim, SDF Grant & statutory submissions
· Participate in regional HR initiatives and projects with a heavy emphasis around Talent Acquisition & On-boarding, Talent & Succession Management, HR Transformation projects
Required Qualifications:
· Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business/HR qualification
· Good prioritization and planning skills and attention to details
· Credible, Tenacious, Results driven, possess good communication and influencing skills
· Adept with Microsoft Office applications (Strong in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
