Career Objectives:

A new position has arisen for an HR Advisor to assist the Country HR Manager in a commercially driven and fast-paced environment where the incumbent will come in and start adding value to the business. This role will be expose to daily HR Operations and innovative HR projects (i.e. Asia Talent Acquisition & On-boarding Process, HR Chatbot, HR Dashboard automation, Digitalization of HR Files etc.) to embrace new ways of working with enhanced technologies such as AI. Job Responsibilities:

· Responsible for the delivery of HR support activities not limited to Talent Acquisition, On-Boarding, Employee Engagement, Learning & Capability Development etc complying to ISO 27001: 2013 requirements.

· Manage the Employee Life Cycle activities not limited to work pass applications and renewals, NSmen Makeup Claim, Government Paid Maternity/Paternity Claim & Childcare Leave Claim, SDF Grant & statutory submissions

· Participate in regional HR initiatives and projects with a heavy emphasis around Talent Acquisition & On-boarding, Talent & Succession Management, HR Transformation projects


Required Qualifications:

· Pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business/HR qualification

· Good prioritization and planning skills and attention to details

· Credible, Tenacious, Results driven, possess good communication and influencing skills

· Adept with Microsoft Office applications (Strong in Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
