Footworks is a boutique foot reflexology operator in Singapore, founded in 2003 by Mr. Vincent Tan. Footworks focus on delivering high quality reflexology services in a spa like environment. We offer comfort and relief to the feet while relaxing and revitalizing the mind. Our mission is to provide accessible, high quality foot reflexology, shoulder and back massages in a caring manner and conducive environment. Your central goal is to provide our clients with outstanding customer service and support. As the ‘face’ of our company, the successful candidate will be presentable and friendly, with outstanding people’s skills. You should have a talent for multi-tasking, with excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Greet guests and provide them with superb customer service.
- Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and paper.
- Answer all client questions and incoming calls.
- Making reservations via our Booking software system and take down messages.
- Sales of Membership Packages.
- Updating of software system& database.
- Track and order office equipment and supplies.
- Maintain records and files.
