Support the regional communications team in researching, developing, copyediting, proofreading, and translating written and social media content in Vietnamese for external audience in Vietnam.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the localised social media platforms reaching out to external audience in for Vietnam including content and creatives generation.
- Conceptualize creative outreach ideas and develop creative assets for traditional and social media as well as social influencers.
- Contribute to the development of strategic communications plan.
- Daily monitoring of news and development of coverage reports.
- Conduct localisation research and maintain a database of relevant events, industry developments, media trend and editorial calendars.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bilingual in English and Vietnamese (to reach out to the Vietnam Market)
- Pursuing a Diploma/ Bachelor Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism or any communications-related field.
- Strong research and writing skills.
- Good photo and video editing skills , familiar with e.g. Photoshop, iMovie or other photo and video editing tools.
- Familiar with Facebook, Instagram and Youtube.
- Ability to compile relevant information, provide strategic analysis, present and initiate ideas.
- A flair for creative campaign ideation, copywriting and design and development of executive presentations.
- Strong organization skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills.
- Maintaining enthusiasm and calm demeanor in stressful situations.
- Familiar with app / technology /digital company environment would be advantageous
- Prior experience at a public relations agency or an organisation’s corporate communications department would be advantageous.
- Possess previous experience in creative content production would be advantageous.
