The Deskside IT Support Intern reports to the Service Lead, IT in the Asia, Middle East and Africa region. He/She will help the team to upkeep the storage room in preparation for hardware disposal after the company's PC Refresh exercise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help to tidy up and check all the In-Stock hardware available
- Learn the ropes of being a deskside engineer
- Assist with PC Imaging and checking
- Ensure that the AV facilities in the office are working well
Requirements:
- Polytechnic student in a engineering or IT-related course of study
- Willing to learn and have a positive attitude
- Possess a good customer service mindset
- Able to commit full-time from August onwards for a period of 3 months
