Job Descriptions:
- To function as a point of contact for operational matters regards to Aviation AOG movements. To work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless support, high customer satisfaction and high efficiency.
- To attend to all aircraft on ground (AOG) requests (email and phone calls) in a timely fashion while meeting all agreed key performance indicators with clients.
- Time and deployment management
- To support in generating daily export booking & space requisition with carriers. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
- Forwarding Sub Ledger (FSL) Quality Monitoring
The successful candidate will have:
•A balanced profile with strong non-academic curriculum interest / CCA
•Hungry to learn attitude, can-do attitude
•Resourceful and agile thinking
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Ability to deal with ambiguity
•Committed and have strong sense of responsibility
•Excellent in Microsoft Excel Application is an added advantage
