Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious Communications & Events intern who is interested to acquire experience in the e-commerce space. This is a 6-months internship from January to June 2018.

As the Communications & Events Intern for the People team supporting the regional head office, you will support the planning and execution of employee engagement and communications company-wide. Through writing, administrative support and campaign execution, you will assist the Regional Project Manager in the Regional People team to achieve high quality employee engagement and communication for all Lazadians.

Duties and Area of Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage event preparation and operations
  • Provide administrative and operational support
  • Propose and work on employee engagement initiatives
  • Support internal communication initiatives

Requirements

  • Able to manage multiple projects, events and priorities simultaneously
  • Ability to work independently and with others
  • Good interpersonal & communication skills with ability to build rapport with vendors and other stakeholders
  • Competent in MS Office Suite software – O365
  • Strong written/copywriting and communication skill
  • Positive mindset with an openness to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic skills in Adobe Photoshop preferred
