Co-ordinate with local and oversea customers on shipment status, arrangement, billing, freight details
Providing logistic solutions to customers in order to meet deadline/requirements
Interact with internal and external customers/oversea counterpart
Work with traffic to meet customer delivery requirement
Ensure billing is done correctly and promptly after job completion
