Operations Executive (Lau Pa Sat)

• Supervise and manage the entire food & beverage service operations for service consistency
• Priorities all urgent maintenance of your outlets
• Tenancy and sales turnover management
• Advise and support tenants on their operational needs and service consistency
• Handle customers’ complaints and operational issues

Qualifications

• Preferably someone with diploma in F&B or Business related
• Is fluent in English and one other local language
• Basic computer literacy including Google applications
• Hands-on with good problem-solving skills relating to food court operations and customer issues
• Ability to foster positive working relationships
• Preferably someone with at least 2-5 years’ in a supervisory role
• Experience working in F&B sector is a plus
