Kiztopia Pte Ltd – Senior Crew (Punggol)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in handle and manage customer visit experience.
• Assist in crowd control and manage visitor safeness.
• Assist in maintaining playground cleanliness & its tidiness.
• Assist in managing the playground inventory and storage.
• Assist in operate & upkeep playground equipment.
• Assist in planning of duty roster and cleaning schedule.
• Assist in day-to-day service crew deployment & their meal-time arrangement.
• Assist in manage & leading part time and junior service crew.
• Support day to day admission check in/out process.
• Support day to day event activities and performance.
• Undertake & execute the special project assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• You enjoy working with young children and their families
• You have at least 2 years’ experience in customer service or related field
• You are a team player, and always put customer’s and company interest first.
• You are motived individual that like to explore new thing and learn new skills.
• You are able to perform shift, and commit during peak period (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking
