Job Description

Human Resources Intern (3-6 Months)

Intern will learn and be exposed to:

  • Explore career opportunities by working in your field of study, or to attain an inside look at your potential career path
  • Honing of execution skills
  • Participation in regular staff meetings
  • Network and to meet a variety of people in your chosen profession through your internship

Responsibilities:

The intern will provide administrative assistance to ensure smooth HR operations and participate in various HR projects/initiatives.

  • Recruitment: assist in the recruitment process for the contingent workforce (including job posting, screening of resumes, etc.)
  • Supporting the HR Operations Specialist on the following matters:
    • All work pass matters
    • HRIS Administration: ensure that employee records/data are updated
    • C&B Administration (including checking and approval of medical claims, insurance analysis, etc.)
    • Preparation of certification letters
  • Training administrative support
  • Providing any other general HR administrative support (including preparation of certification letter and MOM survey, report generation, raise PR etc.)
  • Supporting data analytics for talent profile analysis

Qualifications & required skills:

  • Candidates should have a keen interest in HR
  • Motivated, organized
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Highly detailed orientated
  • Good team player
  • Proactive and willing to learn
