Job Description

Recruitment Consultant / Talent Acquisition / Engineering Industry / Labrador Park / 3k-5k

Industry: Oil and gas (Engineering)

Responsibility:

  • To maintain a healthy pipeline of talents
  • Handle recruitment activities including job ad posting, qualifying candidates, scheduling job interviews, conducting interview process and onboarding
  • Bring in new ideas on team structure, recruitment strategy and work plans
  • Review and assess candidates if they are suitable
  • Build long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements: 

  • CEI Certificate is an added advantage
  • Minimum Diploma education
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least have 3 years recruitment experience
