Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: 

The position reports to the Senior Director, Field Service and Operation Excellence, APAC Services, and is a key contributor team member who will track, analyze and communicate the performance of APAC Service Operation, including all services operation performance KPIs in APAC to various stakeholders, and also will provide analysis to establish the standard hours, and identify areas for continuous improvement.

The position has high visibility and will work closely with leaders in various countries and APAC team to analyze and synthesize performance, KPIs and information while benchmarking our performance across countries with below key responsibilities:

1. Apply your business and/or analytical skills to provide insights for improvement in the service operation excellence, by analyzing the current performance KPIs across various countries to identify best-in-class performance and areas for continuous improvement

2. Provide value-add analytics through modelling drawing upon analytical tools e.g., Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI etc.

3. Support the monthly reporting of enterprise KPIs across APAC services to various stakeholders as requested

 

Qualifications / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business, preferably related to mechanical or building industry

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to a variety of audiences at all levels

• Strong critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills required

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - Excel, Word, PowerPoint

• Detail oriented and with ability to work under pressure, mentally resilient and tenacious with a propensity to persevere

• Business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges

• Consulting experience in an established consultant house will be highly valued

• Min. 3 months, Full-time/Part time (min. commitment 3 days/week) who can start in end April 2022/May 2022

• Open to Interns who can commit to longer periods
