JIN Design is a budding design boutique that comprises a team of exceptionally talented and hardworking designers working together in a fast-paced, exciting environment. We communicate and work closely with a range of diverse and prominent clients, be it small startups to big local enterprises or even companies across countries.
We are looking to include a personal assistant to our company to support the managing director.
- Closely assist all processes of business development with the managing director
- Functions as the admin support to the Director
- Update Calender & Schedule Director appointment
- Support in recruitment process & appointment setting
- Records the minutes of meetings as needed
- Organize and file of documents as instructed
- Running errands (Ad Hoc Basis)
- Performs other duties as necessary
- Must be digitally savvy and professional, able to speak malay and chinese a plus
