About J.I.A.K. 99
J.I.A.K. 99 is Singapore's first immersive hawker heritage attraction, where food, culture, storytelling and interactive experiences come together. Located at the Singapore Flyer, we welcome tourists, schools, corporate groups and local visitors to discover Singapore's rich multicultural food heritage through guided experiences, hands-on activities and authentic local cuisine.
We are looking for a creative, proactive and enthusiastic Marketing Intern who is passionate about storytelling, tourism, social media and creating memorable visitor experiences.
As part of our marketing team, you'll gain hands-on experience across multiple areas of marketing, including:
- Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and Xiaohongshu (RED)
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to increase awareness and engagement
- Film and edit short-form videos and Reels
- Capture photography and videos during events and visitor experiences
- Assist in influencer outreach and partnership campaigns
- Support corporate event marketing and promotional campaigns
- Help update the company website and optimise content for SEO
- Design marketing materials including posters, brochures and EDMs
- Research tourism, travel and lifestyle trends
- Analyse social media performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports
- Support media events, festivals and promotional activations
- Assist with email marketing and CRM campaigns
- Work with the operations team to create engaging visitor experiences and gather customer feedback
