Job Description

Scope: 

Under this contract term, you will be jointly attached to the HR and IT departments and will have the opportunity to take on the following responsibilities:

  • Use the Power Platform software (or other alternative platform proposed if suitable) to build a program for the visualisation of the career pathways available to employees at JERAGM. The platform should have a user friendly interface and enables the ease of maintenance by the HR team.
  • Create effective data visualisation by transforming data into a presentable format.
  • Build data models and assist in the setting up of an analytics database, dashboards and other analytical tools.
  • Analyse people data and identify actionable insights, e.g., recruitment trend, attrition and other demographics data to help drive recruitment, diversity, inclusion, engagement, performance, and retention.

Qualifications

Qualification and experience required:

  • Graduates with or undergraduates pursuing qualifications in Data Analytics, Informatics or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of Power Platform software with the ability to apply the knowledge into user applications.
  • Proficient in statistics and analysing large datasets in Excel Good computer skills in a Microsoft Windows environment (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Able to derive meaning and logical connections from various datasets

  • Willingness to understand the drivers behind people’s decisions and actions
  • Data analytics skills
  • Analytical and methodical in the organisation, management and documentation of data

  • Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality
