About the Industry
The industry has evolved rapidly and adapted seamlessly to the ongoing pandemic situation. When Covid-19 came, the damages to the economy were obvious but the financial services industry stood strong and remained an essential industry. Growth was observed in this industry as well. This indicates the strong foothold that financial services have in the economy and we never have to worry about external factors that may hit us.
In Singapore, financial planning remains unavoidable given the high standards and cost of living. Like it or not, we are faced with decisions involving money every single day. It is critical for us to remain saavy in our wealth management skills and continuously acquire knowledge to manage our finances.
About the Programme
Through this internship programme, our interns will be attached to a dedicated mentor who are/were student financial consultants. Our interns will be learning about essential financial planning & wealth management skills.
Eventually, our interns will have to advise clients on their financial portfolio. We will be focusing on soft skills to enhance our interns' capabilities to be presentable; build relationships and to provide customer services.
Our interns will experience hands-on projects as well as receive sponsorships for examinations to be qualified as a financial consultant.
Requirements
- Singaporean/PRs only
- At least 21 years old
- At least a full certificate in GCE ‘A’ level, International Baccalaureate Diploma Qualification, diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, University degree or equivalent
- Looking for ambitious undergraduates who are interested in exploring a career in the finance industry
