Success IT is seeking an Intern who specialises for our Client Services Operations Team. Key Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives in a timely and accurate way, primarily focusing on accounting side issues. 
• Analyse and report product and report malfunctions (for example, by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
• Run SQL queries to check the data in our accounting software databases 
• Logging support tickets comprehensively and in a timely manner. 
• Monitor customer complaints and reach out to provide assistance as required
• Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members in team wiki. 
• Gather customer feedback and share with team members, product development team
• Improve operational and support processes

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field at time of application.
• Must possess excellent effective communication skills (in English at least)

Preferred Requirements

• Penultimate Interns looking to convert to full time role
• Ability to speak Mandarin is an advantage for some of our mandarin speaking clients.
• Strong Logical Thinking and Process Orientation
• Some experience in customer support
• Knowledge of Finance and Accounting will be advantageous
• Prior experience with accounting software or enterprise resource planning software
