Customer Service Executive (Part-time)


Job Description

  • Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and timely information on Jaga-Me's services.
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, feedback, or complaints.
  • Handle customer complaints via phone, email, or social media.
  • Assist clients with setting up their accounts and booking our services.
  • Assist with planning and coordinating allocation of cases to internal staff.

Requirements

  • Ability to be composed, organized, and demonstrate professionalism under pressure.
  • Independent and also a strong team player.
  • Ability to multitask, such as toggle between different platforms or IT systems.
  • Proficient in English and a second language is preferred.
  • 5 days work week, including weekends and public holiday
  • $10 - $12 per hour.
  • Weekend and PH allowance will be provided.
