Project Ambassador - 6 Months Contract
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- The Project Ambassador will look after the day to day administrative matters in the Jabil Digital Lab (JDL) and conducts and leads the tour with visitors to showcase Jabil Digital capabilities as appropriate. He /she is also responsible for supporting the systems in the JDL and assists to make videos/collateral materials for the lab / wider Jabil use.
- May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Experience Requirements
- Good communication skills
- Good presentation skills
- Good knowledge in using MS productions - including but not limited to powerpoint, excel, word etc.
- Willingness to learn
- Proficient in Mandarin skills as the successful person will liaise with our China counterparts
