- Observe and familiarize oneself with the daily IT operations of Alienware Arena (LAN shop owned by Spout Entertainment)
- Learn how day to day IT operations are managed (Technical difficulties, programming, troubleshooting, networking)
- Assist and brainstorm on IT initiatives in AA and other related projects
Job Requirements
- Familliar with/had experience with internet cafe operations
- Must have knowledge on maintaining servers and other hardwares
- Experience with gaming clients (i.e. Steam, Garena, Valve)
- Comfortable with working in shifts and weekends
- Bilingual - Especially proficient in mandarin
