TMR Media – Project Strategist Intern

The Employee’s duties and responsibilities as a Project Strategist Intern shall include, but are not limited to, the following:

1. Supporting and implementing digital marketing activities across various digital marketing channels.
2. Designing and implementing social media strategies to support business goals.
3. Constantly seeking optimisation through performance analysis, A/B and multivariate testing, user segmentation, and landing page optimisation.
4. Creating relevant, compelling, and engaging content for multiple digital platforms for business units under the enrichment arm.
5. Supporting the development of the customer journey framework to create appropriate cross-channel strategies throughout the digital ecosystem.
6. Researching market trends, brand audiences, competitors, and end-to-end customer journeys to drive engagement and conversions.
7. Conducting data analysis and preparing reports, including but not limited to competitor benchmarking, campaign CPA/ROI, and effectiveness metrics.
8. Interacting with, managing, and monitoring the performance of external agencies.
9. Monitoring, engaging with, and responding to conversations from various communities on the Employer’s social media channels, including addressing customer service situations.
10. Providing support for influencer management and engagement, ensuring deliverables and timelines are met.
11. Generating, editing, publishing, and sharing engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
12. Developing strong relationships with colleagues and teams to ensure efficient execution of marketing initiatives.
13. Performing any other duties assigned by the Employer from time to time.

Skills & Competencies

• Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• Analytical thinker with an eye for trends and detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (especially Slides, Sheets, Docs).
• Bonus: Familiarity with project tools like Trello, Notion, or Asana.
