An immediate intern opportunities is available. Ideally, you are able to commit to this internship for 6 months (part-time arrangement can be considered).
What You Will Learn:
- Collaborate with the APAC Operations teams in supporting data migration/consolidation/analysis projects on a day to day basis.
- Gain insights into the various databases and systems the APAC Operations teams are using.
- Opportunities to recommend improvements for better operational effectiveness.
- Learn the daily client-servicing operations in APAC rendered by the various operational teams.
- Understanding how data and systems impact operational efficiency and revenue.
- Managing of project timeline and deliverables to meet the expectations during internal/external audits.
- Identify potential risks and escalate them to the Head of Operations, APAC.
- Understanding of the compliance framework in terms of escalation and meeting requirements from applicable regulators.
What We Look For:
- Undergraduate university or pre-university student
- Prior experience in statistics, business analysis or business management is preferred but not essential
- Proactive, can-do attitude; able to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- At least intermediate level user in Excel and proficient in Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate fluently English, a second language would be a plus
