The intern role includes the following responsibilities:
- Consolidate and review Letters of Engagement (LOEs), which serve as master agreements with clients
- Organize and maintain a structured repository of LOEs
- Extract and compile key information from the LOEs, including SLAs, services, commercials, and timelines
- Develop dashboards using Power BI or AI tools to visually present key metrics and parameters
Key skills and attributes required:
- Technological proficiency, with experience in Power BI and dashboarding being a strong advantage
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to effectively engage with senior stakeholders.
