We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Success Manager to support and grow our customer base across the Oil & Gas, Construction, and Manufacturing sectors.
Job Description
What You'll Do
1. Lead Customer Onboarding & Deployment
- Own customer onboarding, site activation, and go-live execution
- Build and drive project plans, deployment checklists, and documentation
- Coordinate cross-functionally with Field Ops, Engineering, and customer teams
- Take full ownership of timelines, milestones, and stakeholder alignment
2. Drive Customer Training & Adoption
- Lead training sessions for supervisors, site users, and customer stakeholders
- Develop user guides, SOPs, and training materials tailored to each customer
- Track adoption metrics and proactively drive engagement
- Identify early warning signs and resolve friction points before they escalate
3. Manage & Grow Customer Relationships
- Own day-to-day customer relationships across your portfolio
- Lead regular customer check-ins, business reviews, and executive updates
- Maintain clear, proactive communication on progress, issues, and next steps
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities
4. Platform Monitoring & Issue Management
- Monitor camera and AI system health through internal dashboards
- Flag anomalies, manage incidents, and coordinate resolution with the AI/Engineering teams
- Own SLA tracking and ensure customers are always informed
- Act as the voice of the customer internally
5. Reporting & Strategic Insights
- Deliver weekly and monthly reports with safety and operational insights
- Prepare executive presentations and quarterly business reviews
- Surface customer feedback to shape product roadmap and improvements
Who You Are
- 0–2 years of experience in customer success, account management, project delivery, or technical operations — preferably in B2B SaaS, AI/computer vision, or industrial tech
- Confident and polished in front of senior customer stakeholders
- Strong project management skills — able to juggle multiple deployments simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills — written, verbal, and presentation
- Comfortable working with dashboards, analytics, and basic data interpretation
- Willing to travel to industrial sites across Singapore and the region for deployments and customer reviews
- Familiar with IT systems, CCTV setups, or basic networking
- Bonus: experience with safety management tools, EHS platforms, or industrial software
