Job Description
In this role, your main task is finding customers looking to hire for sales, client services, consultants, and customer success roles, and then helping them find great talent by shortlisting candidates using Interviewer.AI, based on a short video interview.
What you will need:
2-3 years’ experience within recruitment/job placements, preferably in Hospitality
Fire in the belly to transform the recruitment space in Singapore
Curious, Collaborative, and ability to thrive in ambiguity
Comfortable juggling simultaneous projects both internally and externally
Ability to assess and prioritize operational efforts based on their business impact
