What You'll Do

• Research industries and identify prospective business clients.

• Support outbound prospecting, including outreach preparation, follow-ups, and lead qualification.

• Help uncover client needs and match them with relevant digital marketing or web solutions.

• Prepare meeting materials, proposals, sales decks, and follow-up notes.

• Join virtual and in-person sales meetings to observe discovery, solution presentation, negotiation, and relationship building.

• Keep CRM records accurate and help the team maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

• Research market trends, competitors, and business opportunities.

• Assist with basic performance reporting using tools such as Google Analytics, where applicable.

Who We're Looking For

You don't need years of experience - we're looking for potential, drive, and a genuine interest in people and business.

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• Interested in B2B sales, business development, digital marketing, or a client-facing career.

• Clear and confident communicator who is comfortable speaking with new people.

• Proactive, resilient, organised, and willing to learn from feedback.

• Basic knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, or web development is an advantage, but not essential.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM familiarity is a bonus.
