The Role

Aid is looking for a Business Development Executive to develop new opportunities across architectural acoustics, interior design, and building materials.

You will work directly with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, developers, and project partners—identifying opportunities, building relationships, and supporting projects from initial enquiry through commercial follow-up.

This role is suited for someone who communicates well, thinks commercially, and is comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.

What You’ll Work On

Business Development

- Identify and develop new business opportunities across architects, designers, contractors, consultants, and developers

- Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients

- Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and active opportunities

- Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other commercial materials

Market & Project Development

- Research upcoming projects, market segments, competitors, and potential clients

- Identify new sectors, partnerships, and opportunities for growth

- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions

- Support opportunities through specification, quotation, negotiation, and award

Client Coordination

- Liaise with clients on product, commercial, and project requirements

- Coordinate samples, technical information, presentations, and follow-ups

- Work closely with internal design, project, marketing, and operations teams

- Maintain clear and timely communication throughout the business development process

What We’re Looking For

- Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident

- Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline

- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin

- Excellent interpersonal skills and confidence engaging with clients

- Strong commercial awareness and an interest in business development and sales

- Good organisational and project management skills

- Able to manage multiple opportunities and priorities independently

- Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable taking ownership of assigned work

Experience in architecture, construction, interiors, building materials, or B2B sales is an advantage.

Fresh graduates and junior candidates with strong commercial potential are welcome to apply.

Compensation

Basic Salary: S$2,800–S$3,500/month

Final compensation will depend on experience, capability, and suitability for the role.
