Through our affiliates, partners and/or subsidiaries, we are able to provide legal instruments such as Wills, Trusts, Private Equities Investments, Lasting Power of Attorney, Unit Trusts and Exchange Traded Funds. We are looking for suitable candidates to join our internship program for our various periods of intake.
Our subsidiaries are in the businesses of Wills Consultancy, Trusts consultancy, Estate planning, Events, Brand Activation and Marketing, as well as Business consultancy
Investment / Legal / Business Associate (Internships) Fresh Ord / Undergrads Welcome
Undergrads/Fresh ORD? Participate in enrichment programs to gain insights to the investment/legal/wealth management/analysis. Shortlisted candidates, besides being able to go through a series of workshops and classes, will receive a remuneration of $1000 to $1500 for a 3 weeks to 1 month scheduled program. This program aims to provide insights in various areas and candidates can have a better understanding of the different functions in the banking/finance/investment/legal (Corporate) fields. Candidates will therefore be able to make use of this program to choose their areas of specialization after being exposed to various fields
This program spans for 3 weeks to 1 month (depending on the individual's schedule).
Candidates will learn fundamentals of
1) Investments
- Fund Trends, Investment Objective, Funds analysis, Investment reports, portfolio management, pre-IPO investments,
2) Business Contracts
- Elements of a Contract, how they are formed, business negotiations, exit clauses, breaches, business consultancy and reporting
3) Estate Distribution
- Wills, Investment Trusts, Lasting Power of Attorney
4) Networking
- Corporate Lawyers (Specializing in Equity Markets), 3 Funds Managers (1 from a boutique fund house and 2 from MNCs), Private bankers. Candidates can ask questions to understand the job functions of these professionals to gain better insights
