Job Description

InstaReM is recruiting interns to join the Sales/Marketing team to support corporate
sales collaborations and contribute to digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
The team is looking for a dynamic individual who is detail-oriented, has strong
communication and presentation skills, independent and able to handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
Accounting/finance background is not required. Knowledge of the Fin-tech space will
be beneficial (not mandatory), and ability to curve up on the subject matter will be
essential. This will be a role that reports directly to the Vice President of Sales.
Responsibilities:
• Assist and establish new accounts in Singapore;
• Support Sales meetings with the Vice President of Sales:
• Develop business relationships and network with potential partners and clients;
• Managing documentation for offshore licenses/setting up of new entities;
• Maintains keen awareness of industry trends and emerging players;
• Plan and execute marketing strategies as directed by the Marketing Manager;
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager to develop unique campaigns to drive
increased sales;
• Use social/professional networks in addition to other tools for prospecting of
potential business partnerships
• Assist the Management in performing day-to-day administrative duties
Qualifications and Skills:
• In-depth knowledge of preparation of customer presentations;
• Able to research relevant news and information on customers and market;
• Good analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills to evaluate business
problems and apply resolutions;
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Apps;
• Able to multitask and take initiative;
• Ability to work both in a team environment as well as independently on
multiple projects within project schedules and deadlines;
• Professionalism, candor, grace and a sense of humor under pressure;
• High energy level and out-going personality;
• Familiarity and comfort with start-up work environment;
• Minimum period of 3 months;
• Candidate should be eligible to work and currently live in Singapore.
Compensation:
• This is a temporary full-time position, between 3 – 6 months. Remuneration is
S$800 -1000 with office working hours from Monday to Friday. There will be
the possibility of working on certain weekends due to roadshows/events
