Job Description

We are looking for a Strategic Relations Manager who will be the main point of contact with our existing clients. The Strategic Relations Manager will be the bridge between our clients and our operation team to ensure all inquiries are addressed. He or she will also need to support the Sales team during the presentation.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with existing clients
  • Prepare sales proposal for the lead strategists
  • Responding to clients’ emails and calls
  • Assisting in inbound calls to ensure existing clients’ inquiries are addressed
  • Making outbound calls to update clients on their Digital Marketing performance
  • Meet up with clients for campaign reports and updates
  • Liaise with the operational team closely for day to day administration requirement
  • Ensure and provide quality service to both internal and external customers
  • Ensure clients KPI are meet
  • Regular update of the customer’s journey in our CRM system
  • Supporting the sales team for meeting and presentation
  • Take on additional task as delegated by the management team

Requirements:

  • STRICTLY Singaporean or PR holder only
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a related position preferred
  • Knowledge of Digital Marketing (SEO, PPC, SMM) preferred
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Possesses self-initiative, hardworking and responsible
  • Resourceful, cheerful disposition with a positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently
  • Able to work smart in an extremely fast-paced environment
