In this role, you will be responsible for:
Marketing Campaigns
· Develop and implement branding & marketing strategy and initiatives to develop actionable marketing plans that support the organisation’s integrated marketing approach.
· Develop a marketing budget based on the agreed plan and execute it within the budget limitations.
· Working closely with the company's sales team, enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentations.
· Performance tracking and review of marketing campaigns launched.
· Gather customer and market insights from current in-house marketing tools and external agencies’ reports to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads
Social Media
· Responsible for social media operations, formulating marketing strategies for social media platforms, building a media matrix, including short videos, live broadcasts, social media and forums
· Management of media partnerships (advertorials and editorials)
· Manage website content
· Analyse data from Google Adwords/Analytics and make continuous efforts on optimization
Brand Building
· Enhance and drive brand image, positioning and message to market.
· Maintain clear direction for the product’s brand, marketing, and content efforts
Talent Development
- Working in partnership with creative interns, building a strong management culture, spending time coaching, identifying skills & opportunities for development, providing advice & guidance on local issues when needed
This is a full-time work position open to applicants based and eligible to work in Singapore only and do not need work sponsorship.
Job Requirements:
- Min Diploma/Degree in Business Management/Sales & Marketing or equivalent. Previous experience in the Lighting Industry would be a bonus.
· At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience
· PC literate and proficient in MS Office, Photoshop, lightroom, photography and video editing
· Capable of managing multiple projects at any one time without supervision
· Team player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
· Reliable, self-motivated, focused, positive attitude, proactive and solution-oriented problem solver, able to adapt to changes in priorities, structures, tasks, and goals in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Excellent inbound Marketing and Article writing (English) capability. Bilingualism will be a huge bonus.
Salary: $2,400.00 - $2,900.00 per month
