Job Description

JOB DUTIES

  • Work closely with Operations team to achieve target quarterly sales revenue
  • Plan, execute and evaluate sales campaigns to increase sales growth
  • Build and maintain a good relationship with key accounts
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor stock levels & display, and gather market insights on the ground
  • Predict, monitor and replenish stock levels in all accounts
  • Plan and execute new product launch event
  • Lead or participate in the discussions with new retailers
  • Conduct product training for new retailers and beauty advisors
  • Arrange interviews to recruit new beauty advisors
  • Lead and motivate beauty advisors to achieve monthly sales target
  • Filing of invoices and being up to date with all billings for various accounts
  • Generate monthly management reports on sales, budget, and demand forecasts
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum Degree in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
  • Min 1 – 2 years of experience working in the FMCG / Beauty industry
  • Express a strong passion for beauty and cosmetics
