IFS Capital Limited – Digital Marketing Intern

IFS Capital Limited (IFS) is a regional provider of commercial financing services such as Accounts Receivable Purchase (Domestic and/or Export), property financing, term loans, working capital loans and government-assisted schemes to business enterprises. The Group also manages a diversified business portfolio from Asset Management to Insurance and FinTech. IFS was incorporated in Singapore in 1987 and has been listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange (SGX) since July 1993. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and design of social media graphics, web banners, and email marketing visuals.
• Handle, and post content on social media accounts across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns.
• Design marketing collateral such as brochures, and advertisements.
• Support the team with editing short promotional videos for social media or digital platforms.
• Optimize visual content for various digital channels, including website, email, and social media.
• Ensure all designs align with the company’s branding guidelines and visual identity.
• Help monitor digital marketing performance and suggest design improvements.
• Perform basic keyword research and assist with content creation where necessary.
• Stay updated on design and marketing trends to enhance content effectiveness.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Canva.
• Basic knowledge of animation video editing software such as Adobe After Effects.
• A strong eye for aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail.
• Passion for digital marketing and social media trends.
• Basic understanding of SEO and marketing concepts.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant design work (social media posts, web banners, etc.) is highly desirable.
