Aims/Objectives:
- Be part of FMP team to perform database, pricing and discounting framework establishment for strategic analysis and internal business review
- Recommend and help establish pricing and discounting framework to ensure compliance with established guidelines, policies and procedures
- Though data study and understanding, identify potential improvements in data accuracy, processes and policy management for ERP, CRM and database software
Responsibilities:
- Intern will be introduced to help set up database, pricing and discounting framework to ensure compliance with established guidelines, policies and procedures.
- Intern will be involved in supporting and improving data accuracy and processes for ERP, CRM and database. This involves understanding data and how the data are used. Supporting and improvement of data accuracy and processes are essential to optimize business operations.
- Intern will be introduced to current data challenges. Through understanding of data, policies and processes, intern will be able to recommend improvement of data accuracy or develop new processes.
- Database and pricing setup
- Data review, gathering, cleansing, processing, cross-check for accuracy
- Implement policies on data
- Identify potential system data accuracy and process improvements
- Follow up with stakeholders on assigned tasks
Experience, qualification & competencies required:
- Recognized Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Accountancy, Business Engineering, IT or related fields
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Formulas, Conditional Formatting, Pivot Tables, Macros etc.) and data management
