Boxgreen is looking for a high-energy and no-task-too-small intern with a passion for food and health/wellness to support the corporate snack team. The team focuses on building pipelines and spreading the good snacks in offices. Through this internship, you will hustle, visit cool offices, develop project management capabilities, experience business planning and execution first-hand!
Duration: Sep 2022 - Feb 2023
Internship Allowance: $800 Per Month
Working Arrangement: Hybrid (WFH & at our Tanjong Pagar Office)
Working Hour: 9:30am - 6:30pm, Monday to Friday
Job Description
- Study the market competitors' activities and industry trends to develop and implement better sales strategy and processes.- Assisting team on marketing & sales campaign planning and execution.
- Build up information on potential customers- Assisting in brand communication, updating corporate deck & presentation materials.
- Work with customers and provide information about our mission, products and our B2B service.- Draft outreach emails to brands highlighting campaign progress and creating recap presentations for businesses.
- Generate and qualify leads through multiple marketing channels.
- Coordinate corporate sales orders
- Actively track sales data and monitor key metrics
- Maintain and build strong relationships with our existing clients and offer a seamless client experience to our customers.
- Attend to their needs and look for opportunities to educate them on new products, services and promotions.
- Any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.
What kind of person are we looking for? - Currently pursuing a diploma in Business, Marketing, Communication, entrepreneurship or equivalent.
- Must be enthusiastic! We are a small team and need someone with a positive attitude that loves to juggle multiple projects at once
- Organized and detail oriented
- Should be a self-starter that knows how to prioritize and doesn’t require a lot of structure or guidance
- A "no job is too small" mindset
- An approachable & positive attitude
