Huayi Shang Hang Imp & Exp Pte Ltd is an established distributor and wholesaler of household kitchen and home wares since 1980. Recently in 2011, we launched our retail division, Kitchen+Ware, and currently have three physical shops in Ang Mo Kio, Punggol and Yishun. There are expansion plans for more shops if and when suitable retail spaces are available. Concurrently, we are gradually building up our online presence through renowned e-Marketplaces, such Lazada, Redmart and Qoo10.
1. Assist in managing the various eCommerce stores. Currently, there are 3 stores at Lazada, Redmart and Qoo10.
2. To independently upload products into the eCommerce stores. Products will be assigned by Supervisor.
3. Compile price assessment reports for similar products.
4. Liaise with Supervisor to engage in the appropriate marketing campaigns to drive online sales.
5. Enter sales invoices in the company's accounting system on a weekly basis. Also, assist in updating product information based on the information gathered during the uploading phase (see s/n 2).
6. Assist in the reordering of packaging materials.
7. Assist to reply to online customer's queries promptly.
