HOYA Electronics Singapore Pte Ltd – System Automation Intern

HOYA Electronics’ primary focus is on the development of optical and extreme ultraviolet (EUV) photomask blanks, which are critical components in the manufacturing process of the latest-generation chips used in various applications such as artificial intelligence, high-performance computing, and 5G. The company also manufactures a range of photomask blanks used in the production of chips for various applications such as memory, logic, and power devices.  

Depending on your role assigned (Business Analyst/Data Analyst/System Automation Analyst) you will be involved in the following related initiatives: 

- Involved in Industrial 4.0 initiated projects.

- Support and coordinate ERP, MES projects’ activities. 

- Perform Business Analyst and research for system/ business process solutions that can improve efficiency along the Production Supply Chain. 

- Assist in system enhancements and business change projects. 

- Establish Data Solutions for organization. 

- Create and coordinate data visualizations and collaborations strategy.

- Organize project documentations and publications.

- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.

Skills and Competencies Profile

- Degree in Engineering 

- Proficient MS Office /MS365 ecosystems 

- Interested in project management and coordination activities.

- Proactive with good working attitude and team spirit. 

- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills.
