Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Club operations – ensuring the smooth running of the Club including the Reception Counter, and all member facilities.
  • Ensure cleanliness and good working order of all the Club facilities.
  • Ensuring that the Club staff conduct regular checks and maintain standards as per SOPs.
  • Membership Sales – carrying out marketing and sales initiatives as planned by Club Manager and CEO, training of junior staff in Club product knowledge, closing of sales and conducting of Club tours.
  • Membership Administration – assist Club Manager in ensuring all membership administration is done in an accurate and timely manner, ensure all items used at the Club are ordered and replenished.
  • Member Relations – assist Club Manager in ensuring all feedback and complaints are handled in a timely manner.
  • Informing members of news, events and promotions through newsletters, posters and other publicity materials, arranging general letters to members.
  • Ensure service excellence by engaging with members and making them feel welcomed at the Club.
  • Engage with members at Club functions & events.
  • Events & Activities – planning and organizing of events and activities for members in consultation with Club Manager.
  • Managing the Club and Membership Department in the absence of the Club Manager.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects and duties as and when instructed by the Club Manager.

Requirements:

  • Min. GCE ‘O’/’A’ Levels
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Good team player but also has the ability to work proactively and independently.
  • Able to commit rotating shift work (morning, mid & afternoon), weekends & public holidays
  • Fully COVID-19 vaccinated
