Our Recruitment Coordinator you are responsible for ensuring all applicants have a seamless experience throughout the interview process. You will provide daily support to the Talent team, coordinating interviews, meeting candidates when they come to our office, be the point of contact for candidates, and provide a holistic experience for every applicant to Hmlet.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Schedule interviews and work directly with Hiring Managers and Candidates to coordinate schedule, reschedule when required and act as the point of contact - making sure everyone is in the right place, at the right time
- Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates on recruiting status via phone and email
- Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Assist in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed
- Update candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System
ATTITUDE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- A minimum of 1 year experience in recruitment or a related field
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Tertiary qualified in related field
