As a member of Haulio’s Community & Service Team, you will help with daily coordination of the container movement and updating with clients, optimization of the workflow of the current business processes.
Traineeship Description:

Responsibilities:
* Managing customer accounts for import and export container operations
* Coordinate trucking activities with partners
* Organise and report costing and charges to accounts team
* Resolve technical issues with various stakeholders
* Manage operations using our software platform
* Consult and advise customers on operational process.
Requirements:
* Excellent working attitude, problem-solving, critical thinking and communication skills.
* Basic reporting on the progress of jobs
* Able to converse and write in professional English
* Able to work independently and in teams In depth understanding of container trucking industry in Singapore.
* In depth knowledge of Import and Export process at Port and Depot for FCL cargo.
* Understand customs permit declaration process.
* Understand Operational process for DG Class Cargo, Out of Gauge Cargo etc
* Use of various systems such as Portnet, Microsoft Teams and Haulio Platform.
* Customer Management and Interpersonal Skills

* Good communication skills in written and verbal.
* Possess a degree or diploma of any discipline
* Team player, independent and good problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication skills and customer oriented

Duration of Traineeship:
12 Months
Eligibility Criteria for SGUnited Traineeships:
a. Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident;
b. Graduated or graduating in calendar year 2019 or 2020 from Diploma / Degree Graduate from polytechnics, universities, or other educational institutions;
