Halley Medical Aesthetics – Customer Service and Marketing Officer

Halley Medical Aesthetics is centrally located in Orchard Road. At Halley, we use modern & proven medical techniques,as well as non- and minimally invasive techniques to achieve optimal results. 

Deliver personalised service over the telephone and email to patients on clinic services and treatments.

Ability to understand patients' needs and resolve patient queries efficiently and professionally.

Assist in fixing appointments.

Manage patients feedback with good closure within the operational turnaround time.

Ad hoc Marketing duties

Requirements:

'A' level / Diploma holder, preferably in Marketing or CRM 

2 years of relevant experience in call centre or marketing related

Good written communication skills

Excellent telephone etiquette

Able to converse in Mandarin Chinese to liaise with Chinese enquiries.
