In this position, you will need to:
- Perform proper entry and post of account receivable and payable into system
- Maintain neat and organised documentation of physical accounting documents
- Handle day-to-day administrative work
- Create new customer in system
- Generate Statement of Accounts for customers
- Reconcile the accounts receivable ledger to ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted
- Perform general accounting duties
- Preparation of relevant supporting documents and schedule for tax, audit and statutory reporting
- Assist in quarterly GST reporting
- Adhoc accounting/administrative tasks as assigned by manager
Desired skills and requirements:
- Diploma in Accountancy/Business or related discipline, or equivalent
- 1-2 years related working experience
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Having experience in using Microsoft Dynamic Navision is an advantage
- Meticulous and has good attention to details
- Able to work on routine tasks and work under pressure
