Gwacamol – WordPress Project Manager

We are looking for a WordPress Project Manager to join our growing team. You will be working with the team to

• Define with the client the scope of work of new website or features development.

• Advise the client on the website structure, last trends in terms of design and features.

• Guide the clients to match expected features with WordPress features and available plugins. 

• Liaise with the sales team to get a quotation once the scope of work is defined.

• Once the contract is signed, manage the implementation of the website with the team (graphic designers, web developers).

• Interact with the client to manage client's expectations, update the client as the project progresses and get relevant feedback for the implementation team.

• Make sure the project is implemented following the initial scope, on time and with a high quality. 

You are the perfect person for this role if:

• you are very precise and rigorous in your work,

• you pay great attention to details,

• you have a good experience with WordPress (web design as well as implementation of features using popular plugins),

• you have a good knowledge of web design trends and a sense of design,

• you have some experience in managing web design projects and interacting with clients,

• you are willing to learn to keep up to date with most recent web trends

• you are energetic and hard working,

• you have a good command of written and verbal English and are comfortable interacting with clients by email and by calls,

• you have a fast and reliable internet connection,

• you successfully complete all the tests of our hiring process.
