PLB, founded by Melvin Lim and Adrian Lim, we met while training as Prison Officers with the Singapore Prison Service during 2004. In 2007, we left the Prison Service and ventured into Real Estate Full-Time.
Over the past 14 years in Real estate, #RealEstateWithIntegrity is what we believe in and will continue to advocate.

Jesus says in (Matthew 22:39, Bible) to #LoveYourNeighbour as thy self and this commandment is to be lived out in the marketplace and in our team and thus excellence and integrity are naturally at its core in the way we treat people with love, integrity, and care.
In 2017 we formed the brand name PropertyLimBrothers and created the First Video Home Tour Presentation in Singapore with a host-presentation element. And thus by combining Creative Marketing, Video Content, Social Media Marketing, and Audience targeting, plus Analytical Tools, we are thankful to have helped hundreds of clients make better long-term decisions that are secure and prudent.
To date, we are grateful to have transacted more than 1200 deals for our sellers and buyers that crossed our paths and became friends.
We became the first in Singapore to create Home Presentation Tours with a human factor in the video and weaving plus points, features, benefits and importantly, telling a story for each property thus creating a niche in helping their sellers' properties differentiate & stand out by marketing their property listings with a creative approach. Currently, PropertyLimBrothers has close to 510 videos represented.

This media team is fully trained as a Real Estate Media Team and it's not an outsource media agency. But Why do we want such high overheads and manpower commitment? I think it's Because we want Uniqueness and Creativeness for each home tour and marketing ad campaign. We do not want a templated outsourced home tour done by a freelancer for our seller's home.
